Welcome to Ade Belcham Ashtanga Yoga & Structural Integration

The Ade Belcham Ashtanga Studio is a special place to learn and practice Yoga - a converted barn near Abergavenny in the beautiful Black Mountains (part of the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales, UK).

The full teaching programme for January to June 2012 is now available.  The programme comprises practice weeks, an Ashtanga Foundations Sunday morning series and a number of Introductory Days for the extended trainings.  Further workshops will be added over the coming weeks - subscribe to the mailing list for details of the new programme as they are posted.  You can book you places on line via the class calendar page (see the 'Schedule' drop down menu at the top of the page).

 

Extended trainings news update 

The Yoga Body programme is the first part of a 3 stage practitioner development programme that culminates in a teacher training module. This course is aimed at all regular practitioners and represents the first of a series of more in depth courses aimed at supporting our regular practice programme.  The first Yoga Body programme will now commence late summer 2012 and we will be holding a number of Introductory days over the coming months to give people a chance to see what the programme is about and whether it is for them.   For further details click here.

Structural Integration
