Welcome to Ade Belcham Ashtanga Yoga

The Ade Belcham Ashtanga Studio is a beautiful place to learn and practice Yoga - a converted barn near Abergavenny in the beautiful Black Mountains (part of the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales, UK) .

The location is both stunning and peaceful, rural yet with easy access. The Yoga Studio is situated about 4 miles from Abergavenny and only 2.5 hours from London, 1 hour from Bristol & Cardiff, 1.5 hours from Birmingham.
