Welcome to Ade Belcham Ashtanga Yoga & Structural Integration

The Ade Belcham Ashtanga Studio is a beautiful place to learn and practice Yoga - a converted barn near Abergavenny in the beautiful Black Mountains (part of the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales, UK) .

The teaching programme at the studio recommences in March 2010.  In the meantime for details of the self practice group see the calendar page.  Ade will be offering daily classes, plus two workshops in March and May 2010 - again details on the calendar page.
