Welcome to Ade Belcham Ashtanga Yoga & Structural Integration

The Ade Belcham Ashtanga Studio is a beautiful place to learn and practice Yoga - a converted barn near Abergavenny in the beautiful Black Mountains (part of the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales, UK) .

The teaching programme at the studio is currently on hold as Ade is on the road again - workshops and classes will recommence in the autumn.  See the calendar page or subscribe to the mailing list for details as they are posted.
